USPS does not offer pickup or delivery services on Sundays or Holidays. UPS does not offer pickup or delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. If you require expedited order processing and shipping, please contact us directly at 800-323-8176 during regular business hours (9am - 5pm CST, Monday through Friday) so we can make sure the package goes out as quickly as possible.
When can I Expect My Order to be Processed and Shipped?

- If you have an order that contains in stock and backordered/drop ship items, we will ship the items that are currently in stock, and ship the backordered/drop ship items via Standard Shipping, regardless of the shipping method you have selected. You will not be billed twice for shipping.

Through USPS, ThePittsburghFan.com offers Priority and Express Shipping. Through UPS, we offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Please Note: expedited shipping methods do not affect our order processing time. However, expedited shipping will shorten the time it takes for USPS, UPS, or any other carrier we may use to get your order to its final destination once it is picked up from our store.
