Returns and Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please fill out the The Pittsburgh Fan Return/Exchange Form on the back of your packing slip. This form must be filled out and included with your exchange or return.

Policies:
  • To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached.
  • Items deemed used or worn will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the order date on your Packing Slip.
  • Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase. We cannot credit shipping charges for returned items.
  • For exchanges, please enclose a payment of $4.95 for return shipping.
  • Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
  • Custom jerseys will not be accepted for return or exchange. All Custom Jersey sales are final.
  • For hygenic reasons, swimwear and underwear will not be accepted for return or exchange. All sales are final.
  • In the rare case of an order processing error by The Pittsburgh Fan, we will issue a credit for your shipping charges.
